Research & Analysis - Audited the existing site to identify pain points: cluttered navigation, inconsistent visual hierarchy, and overwhelming information density
Information Architecture - Reorganized content into clear categories prioritizing key user tasks: browsing films, buying tickets, and viewing schedules
Visual System - Maintained brand continuity by utilizing the festival's existing color palette (#292956, #BC015C, #FFFFFF) while introducing Montserrat and Century Gothic Pro for improved readability. Created a white version of the logo for footer use.
Lo-Fi Wireframes - Mapped out simplified page layouts focusing on intuitive navigation and content hierarchy
Hi-Fi Mockups & Prototype - Developed a cohesive visual system with consistent typography, color usage, and spacing. Built a fully functional prototype in Figma for user testing and stakeholder review.
