snapchat/AR ad
concept:
This project reimagines Cléa, a caffeinated sparkling water with clean, refreshing ingredients, as an AR-activated ad. Scanning the code launches a 3D character and animated bottle directly in Snapchat.

execution:
I built out the styleboard first, refining bottle shape, color palette, and type before animating the final lens.
gaussian splatting
process:
These captures use Gaussian splatting to reconstruct scenes as volumetric point clouds instead of traditional 3D meshes. It's a newer technique for capturing depth and lighting that a standard scan can't replicate.
photogrammetry
process:
Using Scaniverse, I captured real objects, a vase of flowers and a hand-painted mug, and converted them into 3D scans. The goal was learning how photogrammetry translates physical texture and imperfection into digital form.
